Verso is a company of one. It is built by someone who spent his early career making machines hit tolerances measured in millimetres, and who believes writing software should be held to the same standard of truth.

The honest version: I'm an engineer, not a marketer. In my field, the people who get noticed are the ones who show their real work on LinkedIn, and I wanted to be one of them. But sitting down to write a post from a blank page, after a full day on the floor, almost never happened.
So I built a small tool that wrote from my actual work instead of from nothing: my projects, my notes, the things I had genuinely done. I started posting consistently, in my own voice, without it eating my evenings. Being visible brought conversations, and some of those turned into job offers. That is the whole reason I keep posting.
At some point it stopped feeling like something that should only be mine. If showing your real work can open doors for me, it can do the same for anyone who has real work to show. So I cleaned it up, and now I am giving it to everyone. That is Verso.
Say the thing only you could say.
Most AI writing tools optimise for volume. Ask for a post and they hand you something fluent, confident, and completely detached from anything you have actually done. It reads like everyone else's, because it was trained to.
I built Verso on the opposite bet: that the most valuable thing you can say online is the thing only you could have said. So Verso writes from your real work, in your own voice. It draws on your documents, your notes, and your past posts. And when it does not have a source for a claim, it does not invent one.
Precision first. Then people.
I'm Wasim Asghar, a First-Class Honours mechatronics engineer by training. Before Verso I built industrial robotics: six-axis systems for aerospace-grade manufacturing, where a part is either inside tolerance or it is scrap, and there is no such thing as roughly right.
That work leaves you with a particular respect for the truth: a machine does not care how confident your design is, only whether it holds. Alongside the engineering, I led and trained teams on the floor. That taught me the other half of the job: a system is only as good as the people it actually helps.
Verso is where those two disciplines meet: the precision of a control loop, and the pragmatism of someone who has had to make things work in the real world, under real constraints.

Your work is encrypted before it reaches the database. It is yours, and it stays yours.
Honest about what's built
The roadmap lists only what is real. If a feature is shipped, it says shipped. If it is coming, it says coming.
Early, and honest about it.
Verso is early, and I would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. It is run by one person who reads every message, fixes every bug, and answers to every customer directly.
That is not a limitation I am hiding. It is the point. Software built by someone accountable tends to be software you can trust. If that is the kind of tool you have been looking for, I would love for you to try it.
